계정과 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

앱 안에서 계정과 데이터를 즉시 삭제하거나, 앱에 접근할 수 없다면 웹을 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

앱에서 직접 삭제

  1. 이어 앱에서 프로필을 엽니다.
  2. 계정 및 모든 데이터 삭제를 선택합니다.
  3. Apple 또는 Google로 최근 본인 인증을 완료합니다.
  4. 삭제 범위를 확인하고 다시 한 번 확정합니다.

로그인 계정, 모든 관계 멤버십, 본인이 올린 서버 음성, 기기에 저장된 관계·음성 기록과 로그인 세션이 삭제됩니다. 마지막 구성원이라면 관계 공간 전체가 삭제됩니다. 완료된 삭제는 복구할 수 없습니다.

Apple 로그인을 사용했다면 보관 중인 Apple 자격증명의 철회도 요청합니다. Apple 통신이 일시 실패하더라도 활성 계정과 데이터 삭제는 완료되며, 철회만 암호화된 별도 큐에서 제한된 횟수로 재시도합니다.

웹에서 삭제 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없다면 아래 이메일로 요청하세요. 제목에 [이어] 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청을 적고, 본인 확인을 위해 로그인에 사용한 Apple/Google 이메일(가려진 전달 이메일 포함), 표시 이름, 관계 공간 이름을 알려주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, ID 토큰, 음성 원본은 보내지 마세요.

처리 기간과 보관 예외

앱 내 삭제는 서버가 삭제 성공을 확인하면 활성 시스템에 즉시 반영됩니다. 이메일 요청은 본인 확인 후 원칙적으로 7일 이내 처리합니다. 처리된 안전 신고의 내부 관계·답변·구성원 식별자, 사유, 선택 입력 상세, 접수·처리 시각, 상태와 조치는 최대 180일 보관할 수 있습니다. 계정 또는 관계 삭제로 연결 정보가 제거되면 해당 내부 식별자만으로 이용자를 다시 식별하지 않습니다. Apple 철회 처리 상태는 최대 30일 보관할 수 있으며, 법령상 보존 의무가 있으면 필요한 범위와 기간으로 제한합니다. 암호화된 순환 백업의 잔여 사본은 14일 이내 삭제합니다.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Profile in Ieo.
  2. Select Delete account and all data.
  3. Complete recent authentication with Apple or Google.
  4. Review the scope and confirm again.

This deletes the account, sessions, memberships, voices uploaded by that member, and local relationship and voice records. If this is the last member, the entire relationship space is deleted. Completed deletion cannot be undone.

If Sign in with Apple was used, Ieo also requests revocation of the stored Apple credential. A temporary Apple outage does not block deletion of active account data; revocation is retried separately a limited number of times from an encrypted queue.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email master@devist.co.kr with the Apple or Google email used to sign in, your display name, and relationship-space name. Never send a password, verification code, ID token, or original voice file. We may request limited additional information to verify ownership.

Timing and limited exceptions

In-app deletion is reflected in active systems as soon as the server confirms success. We normally complete verified email requests within seven days. A resolved report's internal relationship, answer and member IDs, reason, optional user-entered details, received/resolved times, status and action may remain for up to 180 days. Once deletion removes the account or relationship link, we do not use those internal IDs alone to re-identify a user. Apple revocation status may remain for up to 30 days, or data may remain as long as legally required. Residual encrypted backup copies rotate out within 14 days.

アプリ内で削除

  1. イオのプロフィールを開きます。
  2. アカウントとすべてのデータを削除を選びます。
  3. AppleまたはGoogleで最近の本人認証を完了します。
  4. 削除範囲を確認し、もう一度確定します。

アカウント、セッション、メンバー情報、本人がアップロードした音声、端末内の関係・音声記録を削除します。最後のメンバーの場合はスペース全体を削除します。完了後は復元できません。

Appleでサインインを使用した場合は資格情報の失効も要求します。Appleとの一時的な通信障害があっても有効なアカウントデータの削除は完了し、失効処理だけを暗号化キューから回数制限付きで再試行します。

ウェブから削除を依頼

アプリを利用できない場合は、ログインに使用したAppleまたはGoogleのメール、表示名、関係スペース名を添えて master@devist.co.kr へご連絡ください。パスワード、確認コード、IDトークン、音声原本は送らないでください。

処理期間と限定的な例外

アプリ内削除はサーバーの成功確認後、稼働中システムへ直ちに反映します。確認済みのメール依頼は通常7日以内に処理します。解決済み報告の内部関係・回答・メンバーID、理由、任意入力の詳細、受付・処理時刻、状態、対応は最大180日保存する場合があります。削除でアカウントまたは関係とのリンクが消えた後、当該内部IDだけで利用者を再識別しません。Apple失効状態は最大30日、または法令上必要な期間保存する場合があります。暗号化バックアップの残存コピーは14日以内に削除します。
