이어는 초대받은 관계 안에서 목소리를 나누는 비공개 서비스입니다. 모든 구성원의 존엄과 사생활을 보호합니다.
게시 전 확인과 안전 분석
음성을 공유하기 전에 직접 검토하고, 녹음·공유할 권한이 있으며 아래 금지 내용과 타인의 민감한 개인정보가 포함되지 않았음을 확인해야 합니다. 이 확인이 없으면 업로드하지 않습니다.
업로드된 음성은 먼저 암호화된 비공개 영역에서 이어 서버 내부 자동 전사·안전 분석을 거칩니다. 통과 전에는 다른 구성원에게 공개되지 않습니다. 인식 신뢰도가 낮거나 지원 언어가 아니거나 금지 가능성이 있으면 자동 공개하지 않고 사람 검토로 보류하거나 공유를 거절합니다. 자동 판정은 틀릴 수 있으므로 다시 녹음하거나 사람의 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다.
금지되는 콘텐츠와 행위
- 괴롭힘, 협박, 스토킹, 모욕 또는 원치 않는 성적 표현
- 인종·국적·성별·성적 지향·장애·종교 등 보호 특성을 향한 혐오와 차별
- 성적 착취, 비동의 성적 콘텐츠, 아동을 성적 대상으로 삼는 모든 콘텐츠
- 실제 폭력의 조장, 구체적인 위해 위협, 자해를 부추기는 콘텐츠
- 동의 없이 공유한 타인의 음성, 주소·연락처·계정·금융·건강 등 민감정보
- 사기, 스팸, 사칭, 불법 거래, 지식재산권 또는 기타 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠
신고와 차단
다른 구성원의 음성 메뉴에서 즉시 신고하거나 해당 사용자를 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단하면 두 구성원 사이의 음성 노출과 재생이 제한됩니다. 긴급하거나 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 master@devist.co.kr로 연락하세요.
검토와 조치
안전 신고는 원칙적으로 24시간 안에 검토를 시작합니다. 맥락·반복성·위험과 법률을 고려해 콘텐츠 삭제, 관계 공간 접근 제한, 구성원 퇴장, 계정 제한 또는 관계 기관 신고를 할 수 있습니다. 퇴장된 계정은 같은 관계에 다시 참여할 수 없습니다. 고의적인 허위·보복성 신고는 금지하며 조치에 대한 재검토는 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

Pre-publication safety review
Uploaded audio first remains encrypted and private while an on-server transcription and safety filter checks it. It is not published to other members until it passes. Audio with low recognition confidence, an unsupported language, or possible prohibited content is held for human review or rejected rather than published automatically. Automated decisions can be wrong; you may record again or request human review by email.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not share harassment, threats, stalking, unwanted sexual content, hate or discrimination; sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content or any sexualization of children; encouragement of real-world violence, credible harm, or self-harm; another person's voice or sensitive contact, account, financial, health or location information without permission; fraud, spam, impersonation, illegal trade, infringement or other unlawful content.
Reports, blocks and response
Report another member's voice answer or block that member from its menu. Blocking restricts voice visibility and playback between both members. Contact master@devist.co.kr if the app is unavailable or the issue is urgent. We normally begin reviewing safety reports within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict a space, eject and prevent a member from rejoining, limit an account, or notify competent authorities. False or retaliatory reports are prohibited; appeals may be requested by email.

公開前の安全確認
アップロード後は暗号化された非公開領域でサーバー内文字起こし・安全フィルターを行い、通過するまで他のメンバーへ公開しません。認識信頼度が低い、対応言語外、または禁止の可能性がある音声は、自動公開せず人による確認へ保留または拒否します。自動判定は誤る場合があり、再録音またはメールで人による再審査を依頼できます。
禁止される内容・行為
嫌がらせ、脅迫、ストーキング、望まれない性的表現、憎悪・差別、性的搾取、同意のない性的コンテンツ、児童の性的対象化、現実の暴力・危害・自傷の助長、許可なく共有する他人の声や連絡先・アカウント・金融・健康・位置情報、詐欺、スパム、なりすまし、違法取引、権利侵害を禁止します。
報告・ブロック・対応
他のメンバーの音声メニューから報告またはブロックできます。緊急時またはアプリを利用できない場合は master@devist.co.kr へ連絡してください。安全報告は原則24時間以内に確認を開始し、削除、アクセス制限、退出・再参加禁止、アカウント制限、関係当局への通報を行う場合があります。故意の虚偽・報復的報告は禁止し、判断の再確認はメールで依頼できます。
